Administrators can lock specific categories on their Admin dashboard, such as social media or gaming, preventing access to any website within those categories. This ensures that students stay focused on their studies and are not distracted by non-educational content during school hours. With the Category lock feature, teachers, delegates, and parents can be prevented from adding URLs to the exception list, ensuring that students stay safe while using the internet.

You can locate the Category lock feature on the Admin dashboard under the web filter option. After you generate a new filter, you can modify the categories. Among many different categories, you can select which ones to block and which ones to allow, and you have the choice to lock the category to prevent any further adjustments.
