Personalized Safety: Emergency Contacts

Your safety network just got stronger. We recognize the importance of personalized safety measures. With our Emergency Contacts functionality, users can now add up to three emergency contacts. These trusted individuals will be promptly notified in the unfortunate event that a student or school is facing a threat. 

How to Access the New Features

Taking advantage of these powerful tools is a simple process. Visit the Admin Dashboard and navigate to Student Safety > Alerts > Configure Alerts. Within this section, you’ll discover the seamless integration of the Alert Phone Number feature. Add phone numbers effortlessly through two methods:

• Edit Alert: Enter the numbers directly by editing an alert.
• Master Emergency Contact: Alternatively, copy the numbers from the master emergency contact. You can create this master contact by clicking the “Emergency Contacts” button on the Configure Alerts page while editing an alert.
